Experience
Debbie Mack is a pharmacist and a compliance professional that has over 30 years of compliance, licensing, regulatory and pharmaceutical industry experience. Debbie spent 30 years in many different roles with Walmart with her most recent position as Senior Director of Pharmacy Practice Compliance . In that position she oversaw pharmacy compliance for both pharmacies and pharmacy warehouse locations in 17 states. Debbie served as Past President of the Texas Federation of Chain Drug Stores and continues to serve as the President of the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy. In each of these roles Debbie collaborates with legislators, internal government affairs, industry lobbyists, and senior leadership to champion key legislative strategies and initiatives while maintaining up to date understanding of regulatory requirements. Debbie currently leverages her 30 years of experience in the Industry to guide her clients through her consultant company, Debbie Mack Pharmacy Consulting, LLC.
